Grilled Lobster and Shrimp with Garlic Butter

Ingredients:
- 2 lobster tails
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Grill:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Prepare the Lobster Tails:
- Using kitchen shears, cut through the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping at the base. Gently pull apart the shell and lift the lobster meat, resting it on top of the shell.
- Prepare the Shrimp:
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and set them aside.
- Make the Garlic Butter Marinade:
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Marinate the Seafood:
- Brush the lobster tails and shrimp generously with the garlic butter marinade.
- Grill the Lobster Tails:
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side up. Grill for 10-12 minutes, basting occasionally with garlic butter, until the lobster meat is opaque and fully cooked.
- Grill the Shrimp:
- During the last 5 minutes of cooking the lobster, add the shrimp to the grill. Grill each side of the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes, until they are pink and opaque.

- Transfer the lobster tails and shrimp to a serving platter. Drizzle any remaining garlic butter marinade over the seafood, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
